Cossham Road is a quiet residential street of period properties in St George. Church Road, which runs centrally through the area to the city centre in the west, offers a range of shops, independent cafe's and delicatessens, many of which have recently established due to the demand from young professionals moving into the area in recent years. St George's Park is a space which brings people from across the east of Bristol for events, running, football and feeding the ducks. The nearby Bristol to Bath cycle path and River Avon means there are many other options for those looking to explore. The area thrives from being just a five minute drive from central Bristol along Church Road, with Bristol Temple Meads also within a short distance along Feeder Road. On this side of the city, Bath and the Cotswolds are also that bit closer.

Our Seller Says…
I moved to St George just under 3 ½ years ago and I have grown very fond of this area especially the street I live in. There is a great sense of community in the local area, with independent cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a regular Sunday market in the park. Being a stones throw from Church road, you have access to frequent bus services into the centre as well as good cycle links. In my time living at 57 Cossham Road, I have always felt safe in my home, there is plenty of street parking and I have thoroughly enjoyed making this lovely Victorian house a wonderful home.
