Our Seller Says…
58 Whitehall Avenue has been a wonderful home for me over the past 2 years. The nearby St George park is beautiful, and provides a great space to escape to for a summer barbecue. Church Road as well has a number of great restaurants and pubs such as the Lock up and the Dark Horse. I have really settled into this area, and will hopefully be staying local with a slightly larger property on the horizon.
According to the energy performance certificate conducted in 2009, the property is rated as a 'D' for both energy efficiency and environmental impact. Improvements to this could be made through lower energy lighting. Estimated running costs from 2009 were at around £560 per year for lighting, heating and hot water but this may have changes in recent years, along with technology to improve energy efficiency.
