Our Seller Says…
This was an ideal first home for us. Working in the city centre means we are just a 5 minute walk to work, as well as everything else we need - shops, gyms, restaurants and bars of the central area. It was only built last year and has low utility costs. It is spacious and contemporary with a high specification. We have taken a pride in looking after our first home and we will be sorry to leave it so soon. However, our family circumstances have changed and we now need a bigger property.
According to the energy performance certificate, the property is rated as a 'C' for energy efficiency and a 'B' for environmental impact, at its full potential for both. The estimated running costs, for lighting, heating and hot water, according to the energy performance certificate are just under £300 per year.
