Our Sellers Say…
We love the location, the flat and most especially the view (particularly during the balloon fiesta and firework's night!). We're hoping to start a family and will require the extra space needed for a little one – otherwise we wouldn't be leaving the flat. The entire building, including our flat, was renovated just over 5 years ago meaning that all fixtures and fittings are finished to a really high standard. Located in the hub of Totterdown, with lots of independent shops, cafes and pubs, it is a short walk to the train station, the centre of town and Paintworks.
According to the energy performance certificate, conducted in 2012, the property is rated as a 'C' for energy efficiency and 'D' for environmental impact. The only recommended improvements are to the electric heaters, which predict a saving of around £95 per year from the estimated costs of around £458 per year for lighting, heating and hot water.
