Our Seller Says
We have been very happy in this flat for the past 3 years, however we are now looking to sell to purchase a house. It's light and spacious, yet very warm during the winter. The high ceilings make the space feel ever bigger. The flat is within a fantastic location, with a great view over the water and the SS Great Britain. It is also ideal for access to the city centre and the local bars and restaurants, of which there are many. The property's designated parking space is a key, as many properties within the city centre do not have this, including some within this block. We will truly miss this flat, however the time has come for us to move on. Whoever buys it will love it here, we have no doubts!
According to the energy performance certificate, the property is rated at a high-level ‘B’ rating, without any recommended improvements. The estimated running costs are currently around £391 for lighting, heating and hot water, according to the EPC
