'We have loved living in Herbert Crescent. The neighbourhood is quiet, friendly and welcoming and the proximity to the open spaces of Eastville Park, Greenbank Cemetery and the Nature Reserve has been wonderful for getting out into nature.

The house is light and bright, we have enjoyed cosy evening in front of the log burner and warm evenings in the garden, which is a lovely sun trap.
