Local Area
The Paintworks is a fantastic, modern development situated just off Bath Road. It was conceived to encourage a genuine sense of community, with pedestrianised living at its heart. The rich mix between residential dwellings and creative businesses catalyses a buzzing environment at all times of the day, quickly establishing a distinctive emerging character. The area is ideal for commuters, in walking distance to Bristol City Centre, Temple Meads Train Station, and with bus links direct to Bath just outside the door.
