Seymour road is a quiet street in Easton, a popular pocket of Bristol, being close to the city centre and easily accessible by foot, bike, by road and by train. The Bristol to Bath Cycle Path is a particularly pleasant route for those travelling into the centre. At the same time, its proximity to both the M32 and the A431 to Bath make it an ideal spot for many. Easton is by no means, however, a dormitory neighbourhood and offers an abundance of community areas, events and activities and Heron Road is central in this hugely popular area. Nearby, St Marks Road boasts a number of Bristol's finest independent shops and restaurants, such as No. 12, Bristol Sweet Mart and the Thali Cafe. The nearest primary school, Bannerman Road Community Academy is rated 'Good' by Ofsted, with other nearby schools such as Whitehall and May Park also very well-regarded locally, further enhancing the appeal of the area to families.

Our Seller Says:
The best part about this property is the front room. It’s great for having people round (post-COVID!) and feels spacious and light-filled. Easton is a great place to live; there are loads of independent shops, a yoga studio, the excellent Thali restaurant, plus good spots for running on the local cycle paths. We’ve done quite a lot of work on the flat recently - a new boiler a few months ago, the study redecorated, and pipework upgraded - so all’s in a good state of repair. The upstairs and downstairs neighbours are lovely, and there are a good number of charity/community events to get involved with, if that’s your kind of thing.
This property has an EPC rating of D with the scope to go up to C
