This house is situated on a quiet residential road on the borders of Easton and Greenbank. The area is shielded from any through-traffic due to the position of Rosemary Green, Greenbank Cemetery and the Bristol to Bath Railway Path, which surround the area. Residents of this area are extremely complimentary about the neighbourhood and local community. The area benefits from its proximity to Bristol City Centre, two local train stations and the M32, making it very accessible to commuters. However, it is the amenities on the doorstep which have enhanced the popularity of the area. The independent shops and cafés of St Marks Road are a short walk away, with popular venues such as The Greenbank Pub, the Public Food Market and Este's Kitchen closer still. Families occupy many of the houses in this area, with many still looking to move to the area due to the recent success of the nearby Whitehall Primary and Bannerman Road Primary Schools.
All fitted and built in appliances will be included in the sale, the white goods are subject to separate negotiation.
What our sellers say:
We have loved living in this house. It feels cosy in the winter and airy in the summer, with the doors that open onto the garden. The street has a lovely community, with everyone knowing and helping each other. We have two families living either side.
The brilliant St Marks road is only a stones throw away. The best pizza in town only a 5 min walk (G bros). Numerous cafes and the pubs are within a few hundred meters and all very quirky. The Public Food Market is at the end of the street and is a great place for local produce and has a spectacular deli counter.
If you hop on your bike, you can reach the bike path in a few minutes and from there is a straight shoot to Bath, with some wonderful swimming spots along the way.
To whoever lives here next, we hope you have as much fun here as we have.
This property has an EPC rating of D with the scope to increase up to C.
