"I bought this flat primarily for my dog Alan as it has a great garden. The area is also fantastic for him with Arnos Vale Cemetery a stones throw away with lovely routes winding through the trees and also a cut through to the beautiful open space of Arnos Court Park. Perrett Park is also a steady favourite of ours and only 5 minutes walk down the road. For a bite to eat we love Acapella which is only down the road and is BYO drinks. Boca Bar in paintworks is also a steady favourite with fantastic pizzas and beers. If it's a quick pint after work we are after, Southside has a great vibe. There is also a great arts trail in Totterdown, which allows you to meet the locals and see the incredible creativity of the people in this area. We also love the fact that Jubilee swimming pool is only up the road, our boot camp is in Victoria Park and rugby team at Broad Plain. If we want to get away then temple meads is only 10 minutes down the road. When I bought the flat it needed nothing doing to it, the finishes were impeccable, a beautiful white blank canvas to make our mark with statement pieces from around the world."
