'Having already lived in this popular area for 7 years, I was drawn to the house by its unique characteristic of being both Edwardian and a railway cottage. With its double car driveway, workshop and large garden - not to mention the excellent location. I’ve found that the house had so much more to offer than similar-sized, modern properties. The previous resident lived in the house for 34 years and it’s been a much-loved home, as are the others in the terrace.
