"What attracted us to this house was its potential and the size of the garden for our dog to run around in, while having a great location. We have really enjoyed working on the house for the past year, giving it the love it deserved. Beryl Road is amazing, our neighbours are lovely and it's such a supportive and welcoming street. We have had street parties throughout the year, there’s a real community spirit here. We even have a WhatsApp group which has been handy when we have needed to borrow tools to help with our DIY! We absolutely love Bedminster and BS3 in general, we always have. It is so close to our favourite local independent cafes, shops, bars and bakeries. It is so easy to get into town from here while also having lots of options to walk the dog at either Victoria park, Greville Smyth park, or Ashton Court. Writing this makes us sad to leave, but we are proud to have turned this neglected house into a home."

Beryl Road is a quiet residential no through road lined with terraced Victorian homes in one of the most desirable parts of Bristol.
