High Street, Easton

High Street is a quiet residential road on the borders of Easton and Greenbank. Residents of this area are extremely complimentary about this particular neighbourhood and local community. There are several great independent shops and cafes on its doorstep, with The Bristol Sweet Mart only a 5 minute walk away. The road is just minutes from both St Marks Road and Greenbank Road, both home to some of the most well visited establishments in the area, such as Este’s Kitchen, The Greenbank Pub and The Garden of Easton. This is an area just a short walk from the expansive Eastville Park and the extensive Frome Valley Walkway which leads up to Frenchay through Snuff Mills. There are also lots of smaller local green spaces nearby such as Greenbank Cemetery and Bellevue Road Park a stones throw away. The area benefits from its proximity to Bristol City Centre, two local train stations and the M32, making it very accessible to commuters. Families occupy many of the houses in this area, with many still looking to move to the area due to the recent success of the nearby Whitehall Primary and Bannerman Road Primary Schools.

The house on high street is situated on the end of a pretty terrace overlooking Bellevue Road Park. On entering the house the more traditional lay out has been transformed to a single large reception/dining area with high ceilings and plenty of space to both relax and entertain.
