Moor End Spout, Nailsea

Moor End Spout is nestled into a quiet and peaceful area of Nailsea. The area is increasingly popular with those looking for larger gardens and houses, whilst still being an easy commute into Bristol, as well as having easy access to the M5. On your doorstep, there are a diversity of pubs, restaurants, and shops, such as Coates House, The Moorend Spout, and Paradiso restaurante, whilst the larger super markets such as waitrose are even closer. For those who enjoy sport, Nailsea and Tickenham Football Club is a short walk away, and the Ty Sculpture Trail and Jacklands Fishing Lakes offer much for the area. To the west of Nailsea, you have Clevedon, a popular Victorian coastal town with a beautiful pier, pebble beach, and outdoor swimming pool, and to the east, you have the much loved Tyntesfield House, which is part of the National Trust.
