"We have lived in Nicholas Road for 20 years & watched the area spring to life around us. Easton is an amazing place to live with easy access to lots of local amenities with the added bonus of a friendly community hub. We have had the luxury of catching a train from our local train station & travelling by train all the way to the South of France. We rarely drive the car as the local shops/restaurants & pubs are literally a 5 min walk from the house.

Our favourite haunts for supplies are: East Bristol Bakery, Sweetmart, The Public market & Matter Wholefoods (vegan). For food and/or coffee: No 12, Este, Garden of Easton, Public Market (takeaway) & Eastern Taste. There is a lovely walk alongside the river Frome to Bristol city centre. & the Bristol to Bath cycle track is a 5 minute cycle or 10 minute walk from the house. Nicholas Road is a relatively quiet Street, with friendly neighbours & the added bonus of a community garden at the bottom of the road that holds fun gatherings throughout the year."

Nicholas Road is a quiet street in Easton, a popular pocket of Bristol, being close to the city centre and easily accessible by foot, bike, by road and by train. The Bristol to Bath Cycle Path is a particularly pleasant route for those travelling into the centre. At the same time, its proximity to both the M32 and the A431 to Bath makes it an ideal spot for many. Easton is by no means, however, a dormitory neighbourhood and offers an abundance of community areas, events and activities and Nicholas Road is central in this hugely popular area.
