I've absolutely loved living in Vestry Hall during my short time here. There are lots of little storage spaces around the flat and the place feels huge when you open the doors up on a nice day for a BBQ or evening with the fire pit.
Being so close to the city centre and Old Market has also been really convenient. The private garden is a little oasis in the heart of the city and is shared with a pair of robins who keep you company when gardening or working from home on sunnier days. Within a 10 minute walk in any direction you could do a bit of shopping in Cabot Circus, take a stroll in Castle Park, visit the Swan with Two Necks (the *best* local) for a quick pint, watch a show at the Old Market Assembly, go to a gig at Jam Jar, or visit any one of the independent shops down Old Market Street - it really has been a great place to live. I'll be taking some great memories with me and although my longer-term plans have changed, I've enjoyed every moment I've had living here and have no doubt the next owners will too.

Old Market is home to several independent shops and cafes such as Glitch, West Street Kitchen and Old Market Assembly/Assembly Bakery, and was named amongst the top ten coolest places to live by the Sunday Times in 2018. Available to residents of this area is the ease of access into Bristol City Centre with several areas of employment also nearby in the Temple Quay area. There are fantastic retail options available within a short walk to Cabot Circus and Broadmead, but also an array of independent shops in Old Market Street and further towards Cheltenham Road. For train travel, Bristol Temple Meads is within a ten-minute walk, and national as well as local buses that depart nearby. The flat is located within walking distance of several microbreweries, such as Moor, Good Chemistry and LHG, and is close by is the popular Castle Park with Finzels Reach and its bars area. The property is well-positioned for those who frequently drive out of the city, with the nearby M32 linking directly to the M4. The flat is close to several roads which link Bristol to the outstanding countryside of the Cotswolds to the north-east of the city and the Mendips to the south.
