"We have loved living at 44 Nicholas Road for the last 5 years. Alongside being an incredibly warm and friendly street, it has a little park at one end and great access to the rest of the city with Stapleton Road Station less than 5 minutes walk away. The area is full of life, with the amazing St Marks Road offering restaurants, pubs, bakeries and more all a couple of streets away. I’m not sure there is a more ideal location! Our house is equally as charming, with a south-west facing garden to enjoy the sun late into the day, and views right through the house thanks to period double doors and original external window. Sitting in the front room and seeing the cats climb around in the garden never gets old. It really is a unique and special spot."

Nicholas Road is a quiet street in Easton, a popular pocket of Bristol, being close to the city centre and easily accessible by foot, bike, by road and by train.
