"We have truly loved our time at Kensal Avenue. From day one, enjoying a drink in the beautiful Victoria Park beer garden we knew we had found the perfect home for us. First and foremost the location is fantastic. Kensal Avenue is a quiet and extremely friendly street with a truly welcoming atmosphere. On top of this, it is a stone’s throw away from Victoria Park and Ashton Court which are perfect places to run, cycle or walk the dog. North Street and Wapping Wharf are also a short walk away with a huge variety of bars, restaurants and independent shops. We have both worked in the city centre and harbourside respectively and have commuted easily on foot. There is also ample space and excellent wifi in the house for anyone working from home.

The house itself is spacious, light and blessed with a sun-trap garden that is the perfect place to while away a hot summer day. It also has its own off-road parking space which any Bristol local will tell you is a huge benefit! Our favourite room is our large living/dining room which has been the scene of many parties and dinners over the years. We are proud of the work we have done to renovate the property including a new kitchen and bathroom. We have loved our time here and we hope the new owners enjoy building their lives here as much as we have done."
