"This house is perfect inside and out. I bought it with my brother, and we and our two lodgers weathered lockdown here. The garden was more than we could have hoped for, sunny and large with the pear tree offering its abundance of fruit once a year. As the world opened up it became perfect for garden soirees and BBQs. The house itself is also wonderful, the kitchen is great for entertaining in, and the living room is ideal for relaxing evenings. The location is amazing, with just a two-minute walk out the back we have the expanse of Troopers Hill nature reserve, a perfect sunset spot. It is also just a short walk to Church Road with all its shops as well as the brilliant St George Park.
