"This maisonette was my first step on the property ladder and I really enjoyed making Holywell Close my own. I feel the property makes for a perfect first home, combining the affordability of a flat with the private entrance and living spaces over multiple floors giving it the feel of a larger house. It was in need of updating when I bought it, something that wouldn't deter me given the potential I saw.
