"We moved into this flat two and a half years ago as our first home together, and we have loved every minute of it. Moving in during lockdown meant we have spent a lot of time in the flat and done a lot of work to inject some personality and make it a bright and warm place to live. The front bedroom is flooded with light every morning, while the back room has been a perfect space for hosting friends and countless sewing projects. Above all, the garden has been a real haven for us. It’s a lovely place to spend time in summer, spotting dragonflies and frogs on the pond, lounging in our hammock or watching the progress of our hit-and-miss vegetable growing efforts.

Living in Knowle has been a real joy - so much so that we are only moving a couple of streets away! There’s a real community feel on Withleigh Road, with welcoming and friendly neighbours, and we have particularly loved hanging out at the annual street party, featuring hay bales and a water slide! There are many excellent pubs and restaurants in the area – The Oxford and The Knowle are regular haunts - and Farrows fish and chips has to be up there with the best in Bristol. The area is also blessed with ample green space in the form of Redcatch Park, Arnos Court and Perret’s Park, which gives great views over the city for fireworks and hot air balloons. We’ve had a wonderful time in this flat, and we hope that someone new will enjoy it as much as we have."
