"We have absolutely loved living in Southville, a short distance to the harbourside for walking our dog, or visits to the M Shed, Bristol Aquarium or SS Great Britain with our son. We are steps away from Ashton Gate Primary School, which is an excellent school and a great community. On weekends, we have enjoyed dinners at excellent restaurants on North Street, walking around the nearby Sunday market at the Tobacco Factory, trips to Mark’s Bread for fresh bread, or a cold pint at the Bristol Beer Factory. Greville Smyth Park is just a 7 minute walk away, with a big green space and nice playground for kids. We have been fortunate that the people on our street were so welcoming and helpful with a shared whats app group. Overall this is a wonderful place to raise a family and has both a small community feel with close links to central Bristol, giving the best of both worlds."

Greenbank Road is nestled between Coronation Road and Greenway Bush Lane which leads to North Street in Southville. From here there are two footbridges across the river to reach the Harbourside area of the city and further onto Wapping Wharf, an area which has fast become one of Bristol’s most iconic and desirable settings for living, eating and socialising. The area around Gaol Ferry Steps is now home to several stylish homes, trendy bars and boutique shops within both Cargo One and Cargo Two, which came as two phases of retail and restaurant space, largely occupied for local independent businesses. Southville itself has long been one of the most popular parts of Bristol to live in.
