"We’ve loved living in this home! The fact that it’s separated over two floors makes it feel much more spacious and more homely than a single-floor flat. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for us, within easy walking distance of the Downs, Whiteladies Road, Gloucester Road, and into town. It’s been perfect for walking to work so we didn’t need to drive, but it’s also really handy to have a private car park to keep our car.

The selling point for us was probably the outside space. It makes such a big difference in the warmer months to have somewhere private that you can relax outside. We also loved the modern design of the kitchen and bathroom, which were updated in the last 5 years. The community in Redland is really lovely as well, with plenty of local businesses around and street parties in the summer."
