"Grindell Road was the first house we bought and we poured our hearts into it! It was the sweetest 1950s time warp when we bought it but needed some serious loving. Grindell Road is a quiet road which comes off of Blackswarth Road to join Netham Road, close to Netham Park. The area has become hugely popular with young professionals in recent years.
