"I've absolutely loved living in my flat on Church Road, it was a perfect first-time buy and I've really enjoyed working with the space to put my own stamp on it and the memories I've made here. I will miss the bay windows, high ceilings and fireplaces that give the flat so much character. Church Road is a safe and quiet street to live on and I love that I can walk to Fed or Pinkmans in minutes for a good flat white, there's a yoga studio 10 minutes walk away and Horfield common and the surrounding pubs have been great on summer evenings. It's a cosy and chilled haven (especially as it has a bath!) but just a short bus ride down Gloucester Road into Stokes Croft or the city centre and you feel like you live close to all the life and energy Bristol has to offer. The view of the sunrise that you can see from the bench in the kitchen is probably one of my favourite things about living here so I hope whoever moves in will enjoy it as much as I have."
