Property details

"It will be emotional for us to leave our flat at Robertson Court, which we moved into as a couple, but soon brought in children and a cat. We’ve had such a positive experience in the area, with our downstairs neighbours having become lifelong friends and our babysitter residing in the main block next door.

We’ve loved living in Easton, itself a changing neighbourhood that boasts the best yoga and wellness studio in town (Now Studio) and countless options for fresh produce – Bristol Sweet Mart, The East Bristol Bakery, The Public Market and Alfu are all on our doorstep, whilst bigger shops are only a short walk to Eastgate retail park where there’s M&S, Tesco and IKEA.

One of the greatest things about the apartment, which has two very good-sized bedrooms and a light open plan living/kitchen, is the large bathroom which has a separate bath and shower. The double glazing has done its job in keeping our winter bills down as we’ve kept the flat warm to a former Australian’s standard! Plants and flowers on our landing get plenty of sunlight in the Spring and Summer months, too."

Robertson Road is placed on the borders of Easton and Greenbank. Residents of this area are extremely complimentary about this particular neighbourhood and local community. There are several great independent shops and cafes on its doorstep, with The Public Food Market just at the end of the road on Mivart Street. The road is just minutes from both St Marks Road and Greenbank Road, both home to some of the most well visited establishments in the area, such as Este’s Kitchen, The Greenbank Pub and East Bristol Bakery. This is an area just a short walk from the expansive Eastville Park and the extensive Frome Valley Walkway which leads up to Frenchay through Snuff Mills. There are also lots of smaller local green spaces nearby such as Greenbank Cemetery. The area benefits from its proximity to Bristol City Centre, a local train station and the M32, making it very accessible to commuters. Families occupy many of the houses in this area, with many still looking to move to the area due to the recent success of the nearby Whitehall Primary and Bannerman Road Primary Schools.

Stylishly presented, this spacious two bedroom apartment provides the ideal starter home for buyers looking to live in the area. On entrance you are greeted by an open plan, modern environment that wraps around a central wall, creating a unique space to host friends, family and spend the majority of your time. From the reception space a hallway leads to access the two bedrooms, both fantastically sized double rooms ideal for first time buyers or sharers, whilst being accompanied by the main bathroom which comprises of a shower, bath, W/C and sink.

The home benefits from a communal courtyard area to enjoy some outside space, and equally use of a storage shed for added practicality to the apartment.
