It's been such a luxury to have all amenities we could wish for within walking distance.
Great pubs, cafe's, parks, for families lots of Mum and Baby groups and children's groups nearby. It's also great to have the sports centre and so many fitness classes nearby.

This has been a fun social and family home for us. From when we were a couple to now as a growing family.
The kitchen is a central part of downstairs and a lot of time is spent together in this room.
If we were to stay we have considered putting window seating into the bay window area and putting a dining table in this space, freeing up the rest of the room to put a sofa and another lounge area.

Our young son loves the downstairs back room as his play room, there is so much space for him to explore. We have also used this space as a bedroom for my husbands eldest son.

We spent a lot of time last summer working to improve the garden space, and this is now a fantastic space for enjoying the sun and a beer or two!

Upstairs both bathrooms are modern, offer lots of storage space and great showers.
