Our Seller Says…
'Our family home for over 50 years. As kids we probably didn't fully appreciate the location, but with the old fields opposite, the quarry and later, park, just down the road, Henleaze Lake, Badock Woods, and Westbury School, all within walking distance, we never had to go far. A few years later it was the location of The Mouse, The Post Office Tavern, and The Eastfield Inn, that became more important. In more recent times, the proximity of coffee shops and delis, and the easy access to both motorways, that have become more useful. A lovely house with lots of very fond memories. We hope the next occupants will enjoy it as much as we did.'
