Our Seller Says …
'Living in Clover Ground for the past 5 years has been great. With the Badock's Wood nature reserve pretty much next door, and the footpaths down to Westbury Village, it's easy to forget you are less than 4 miles away from the City Centre. It's a quiet neighbourhood but great that you can hop on a bus and be in Bristol in 20 minutes. One of the best things about living here is the local cinema where you can get a mug of tea, popcorn and a ticket for under a tenner. Bristol City Council have been a brilliant management company, who have a constant programme of home improvements (guttering/external painting) and maintenance on the areas around the houses, all covered by the yearly management charge.'
