Our Sellars Say:
'Our property is a wonderful home for first time buyers, with 2 good sized double bedrooms and a large bathroom, plus the upstairs living area provides a cosy and unique space for entertaining. As a couple, one of us works in the city centre and the other commutes to Swindon, this location in Ashley Down is perfect for both of us with great access to the cycle paths to the city and easy access to the M32 by car. We can always get parked outside our house on weekday evenings and weekends, which is definitely a plus for a Victorian property in this area of Bristol. Although we're looking forward to moving to a larger property, we'll certainly miss 36 Station Road, which we've been lucky enough to call our home for the past 4 years. '
According to the energy performance certificate, the property is rated as a 'C' for energy efficiency and environmental impact. The estimated running costs, according to this EPC are around £590 per year for lighting, heating and hot water.
