Strathearn Drive is a road within the quiet, green development of Royal Victoria Park, to the north of Westbury-on-Trym. This well-regarded modern development is home to many families and professionals, working at the major employers nearby. Residents of the area benefit from being in close proximity to the shops and amenities of Westbury-on-Trym and Cribbs Causeway whilst Blaise Castle and Henbury Golf Course give the area a very green surrounding. The proximity of Blaise Castle and other outdoor nearby attractions such as AirHop, Bristol Activity Centre and the Wild Place Project means there is plenty to do in the nearby area for local residents. This is an area very popular with families due, in part, to the success of nearby Westbury-on-Trym School, Brentry Primary School and Bristol Free School.

Our Seller Says…
'We moved to Strathearn Drive after falling in love with both the flat and the area. It's a lovely and peaceful neighbourhood and a beautiful street, with excellent transport to Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road and the city centre – the 1 and 2 bus routes are superb.
The walk down to Westbury-on-Trym is also quick and pleasant and there are some great pubs in the village, while nearby Blaise Castle is just stunning for a stroll.
We bought our flat as we felt it offered plenty of space for the two of us and our dog. The patio area really sold it to us – it's perfect for dinner and drinks in the sun and it's definitely handy having somewhere to hang the washing out. The spare room also comfortably houses a small double bed for guests to stay over and the double wardrobes and large airing cupboard also give us tremendous amounts of storage, while the living space is perfect for entertaining guests.
We are moving due to changes in our work and can honestly say living on Strathearn Drive has been wonderful. We can only hope our next home will be as lovely as this.'
