Our Sellers Say…
'We have absolutely loved living within the hustle and bustle of North Street. We have everything we could possibly need on our doorstep, from Trika Yoga for an early morning yoga session, or an after work pint in The Spotted Cow's sunny beer garden, as well as the many quirky restaurants, bars and shops that Wapping Wharf has to offer. It's great to the watch the graffiti artists out of the living room window during Upfest or watch the hot air balloons take to the sky during the Balloon Fiesta. In 20 minutes we can be in the city centre, or 10 if you catch the bus from right outside on North Street. The apartment itself is really spacious with plenty of room for friends and family to stay over. It's really low maintenance and was the perfect property for us to get on the property ladder as first time buyers. It was also really easy to rent out when we decided to go travelling around the world for 9 months.'
The property is currently rated as a 'C' for energy efficiency and environmental impact according to the energy performance certificate. Suggested improvements include low energy light fittings and wall insulation.
