The house is light and airy and, along with the garden, it gets the very best of the sun. We have good, friendly neighbours and there's lots to do in the area, yet the house is quiet and peaceful. The allotments at the back make the house and garden very private and tranquil and it can be easy to forget you're in the city. There's easy parking on the front drive and access to the garden via a side gate. For us, it's time to downsize, but we have loved living here and hope that the next occupants will be just as happy.

Energy Efficiency
We are awaiting an update EPC since the recent installation of solar panels. Prior to the installation of solar panels, the property was rated as a 'C' for energy efficiency and a 'D' for environmental impact.
