'This is fantastic flat and has served me well the past 7 years. I think what makes it stand out from other 2 bed flats is the location, the generous living space, and the en-suite.

The large open plan living space is perfect for relaxing in the evenings, entertaining friends and hosting dinner parties. It's lovely in the summer when you can open the Juliet balcony doors and let the sunshine in. It's nice and quiet at night, especially in the bedrooms which face to the rear. I've always had a housemate living with me, which has been made much easier having 2 bathrooms. It's also really energy efficient which keeps the bills low.

Whilst it doesn't come with car parking, I have never struggled to get a free space nearby (within a 2 minute walk). The area is lovely, with excellent links into town via the bike path or bus, easily walkable to Gloucester road and beyond. There is also the co-op right on your door step which is very convenient. The neighbours are all very nice and I'm sure will be welcoming to who ever moves into the flat.'
