'We have loved living here with close access to Victoria Park and its great pub of the same name. There are nearby amazing views of the Bristol skyline from the "Bommie" which is part of the Northern Slopes. Having a south facing garden outside has allowed us to enjoy some peace and quiet (and a nice cooling breeze through the flat at times). The dedicated off-road parking space has been a big bonus. Despite being very close to the city centre we have also noticed how quiet and peaceful it is when sat in the living room. Our favourite bits have been the bright spacious modern living area, the practical second bedroom and the cupboard room that has given us a lot of extra storage for bikes/tools etc. The flat was ready to go from the moment we moved in in terms of work and the neighbour is very friendly.
