We have lived here since the development was built, we love the house, it's very homely and the rooms are a good size. The neighbours are great, mainly professional couples, but also some have school age children. We live in the more open part of the development with a nice outlook to the front and rear of the garden. The front garden used to be laid to lawn, but we have modified it to enable ample parking for us and family get togethers. We were lucky enough to have had the opportunity to acquire some land from Filton Golf course at the rear of our house, which has allowed us to extend the garden to a fantastic size, our children have enjoyed playing in it, although it's mainly laid to lawn, it is a blank canvas for a keen gardener. Although we live in the city, where we are positioned it's very quiet it's lovely to watch the squirrels and Robins that visit the garden and listen to the birds singing, we could almost be in the countryside. We love our house and we will be sad to move, however, whoever lives here next will be very happy.

The house is rated as a C for both energy efficiency and environmental impact. Both measures have a potential to improve to very high level B mostly through measures involving solar power.
