We've really enjoyed the location, including BBQ's and picnics on Clifton Down after work (10 mins walk away), being able to walk to Whiteladies or Gloucester Road for drinks in 15 minutes, bacon sandwiches from the bakery, and our weekly cinema trips. It's been ideal for my boyfriend who drives around the South West as it's so close to the M4 and M5 motorways, and I've been lucky enough to be able to walk to work (Bristol City Centre) each day and it only takes 45 minutes. It's Counsel Tax band A, there's no water meter restrictions and as it's all electric, so the bills have been cheap.
