Ratcliffe Court is situated within the award-winning 'The Zone' development, one of the highest regarded in this area of BS2 near Bristol Temple Meads. The block is situated within the 'Bristol Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone' which is professed to be 'one of the largest urban regeneration projects in the UK'. Over recent years, many large businesses such as Bank of Ireland and Deloitte have moved into the nearby area along with the construction of many modern residential properties. In the next few years, regeneration of the Old Market area is set to give a further boost and help 'the city come of age'. However, even without this further development in the pipeline the immediate area is so central and well-connected; there is little need for a car. In walking distance is Cabot Circus and the shops of the City Centre. Also walkable to the south-west is Bristol's popular harbourside, and to the North West is the bars and restaurants of Cheltenham Road and in turn, Kingsdown, Cotham and Clifton. For those looking to escape the city, the proximity of Bristol's main train station can only be a good thing and the M32 is very nearby in order to get to the countryside, London or the North. This area is also the beginning of the Bristol to Bath cycle path and with a large bike store, this development is ideal for keen cyclists.

Our Seller Says…
This has been a fantastic first home for us in a very good location. The flat itself is quiet and very efficient. We have only turned the heating on 2 times in 3 years when it snowed! The gym is brilliant and the roof top terrace is fantastic for BBQs in the summer and has amazing views over the city, especially on NYE when you can see fireworks going off for miles! We are only moving as we now have a baby so would like to upsize.
Awaiting updated energy performance certificate.
