Our Seller Says…
Situated only a short distance to so many amenities, Little Stony Leas is a wonderful, quiet street with very friendly neighbours (who we'll miss greatly). Cheswick itself has a great community feel and has an active Facebook group for residents. The local school is fantastic and there is also a brilliant forest school nearby for pre-schoolers. We fell in love with the design of the house and its family-friendly layout. We put a lot of thought into our additions to make it a comfortable and enjoyable home.
The owners added a 4kWh photovoltaic system, which will have increased the energy efficiency performance and decreased the environmental impact of the house. There is also a Solar Thermal Heating System in place.
