This has been our first home, which we bought from plan 6 years ago and we have been very happy here. It's a fabulous location, practically next to the leisure centre and we love being able to walk to our three local pubs, the Horfield common, some lovely restaurants and of course Gloucester Rd with lots of great independent shops and cafes. There are bus stops very close by and easy access into the city as well as onto the motorways.
The house itself has been warm in the winter with such great insulation and therefore low heating costs. It's also got a nice airy feel and we love opening the doors to the South facing balcony as well as the Juliet balcony at the back in the summer. We have friendly neighbours and it's a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The house has been well designed so that you can't hear the neighbours through the walls and the bedrooms are at the back of the house so you can't hear any road noise. The house is easy to maintain and clean. We hope the next owners are very happy here.
