Our Seller Says…
'We have absolutely loved living here! The flat is very peaceful, we are surrounded by lovely neighbours by and it's a fantastic area to live in. We have enjoyed walking along the leafy streets to explore nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinners out on Whiteladies Road, Chandos Road and Gloucester Road. We have also enjoyed the music scene and shopping along Gloucester Road, with its independent shops, as well as strolling up to the beautiful Durdham Downs for many a walk or picnic.
We have made several improvements to the flat including putting in a natural stone tiled bathroom with slate flooring and the addition of the cedar clad garden room. The garden room has been a sanctuary within the garden in which to unwind and has also been great for days where we have worked from home.
We have enjoyed many BBQs with friends within the garden and it's a lovely space to relax in.
We will really miss living here and are sure that it will continue to be a brilliant home for the new owners.'
