We have really enjoyed living on Wimbledon Road. It is a very friendly and welcoming neighbourhood. We have especially enjoyed having access to the community owned cricket ground through our back garden and such open views at the back, including spectacular sunsets! Our children have loved playing on the field with local children and learnt to ride their bikes there. Access to the field has meant that we have been able to safely give them a lot more independence and outside space than young children in a city usually have. Everything you need is nearby, as we are close to Gloucester Road, Henleaze High Street and Westbury Park for supermarkets, independent shops, cafes and restaurants. We are moving to be closer to family in Scotland.
