This house has high ceilings, a lengthy hallway, spacious bathroom and low maintenance garden. The courtyard-garden with its plants and grass attract several different birds and wonderful butterflies. In the summer I've often sat with a glass of wine watching butterflies hover over the grass.
The larger framed windows at the front of the house provides lots of light, making the property bright and airy. I shall miss being able to watch from my bed the branches of the trees from the green opposite, blowing in the wind, the change in colour of the leaves during autumn and the budding of the leaves during the spring. When it snows this whole area is delightful.
I shall also miss the ease of walking to Cabot Circus/Centre and local parks such, St George and Eastville, along with being able to enjoy the diverse/vibrate local shops that include Sweetmart on St Marks road and popping into the local cafes/eateries.
