Our Seller Says…
'We've enjoyed living here for the last nine years and have done a lot of work on it including the recent extension which has really improved the house no end (including running utilities to the loft should the new owners want to add another en suite bedroom up there SSP). We've kept original features in the hallway such as the panelling and oak flooring which really give it character. The log fire in the living room makes it lovely and cosy in winter and the sun-trap summer house at the end of the garden is a great space for entertaining in summertime. With two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet it's perfect for growing families. Best of all, it's in an ideal location to get to local high streets and work across north Bristol. If we were staying in Bristol we'd be staying put! It will make a wonderful house for someone.'
