Our Seller Says...
I have loved living in this flat, my first as a "home owner"! To me, it's a special place that offers a peaceful retreat from the vibrancy of Stokes Croft.
I have had the flat completely and thoughtfully refurbished in the last 18 months, with quality fittings and double glazed windows, therefore everything is pretty much brand new and has been looked after really well. The kitchen is from Howdens, the bathroom from Geo Jones, tiles from Mandarin Stone and Bishopston Tiles, and the wallpaper is William Morris.
Montpelier is a brilliant and friendly area - the flat is on Picton St with Licata (the Italian Deli), Bianchi's, Gallifords, Radford Mill, Mr Lahey's and the Bristolian all on the doorstep! Plus, around the corner is Stokes Croft, with all it's many bars and restaurants. The Cadbury up the road is also a lovely pub, and good place to meet locals. It's also a great spot to get onto the motorway in the car or walk into town or to Temple Meads.
This flat has been absolutely perfect for me during this period of my life, and I hope the new owner will love it as much as I have.
