'We really feel we have been priviledged to live in this quiet scenic corner of Bristol where we have experienced the best of both worlds. From walking the dog's through the woods and fields a short distance for a quiet drink in Westbury village on a summers evening to being 10 minutes walk (or scooter ride for the kids) from blasé castle and it's estates. While at the same time enjoying having cribbs causeway, the Mall and the View cinema complex literally a few minutes drive away or even just jumping on the number 1 or 2 bus and being at the Downs, the city centre or Harbour side within minutes.

We love the peace and quiet of the development and how it is so out the way, especially in summer when we're sat in the garden surrounded by trees with nothing but the sound of the birds singing. It really gives you the feeling of getting away from it all after a long day. We feel particularly fortunate with our garden being the end house as it gives us extra privacy and being high up has lots of sunshine and a lovely view. The kids play outside with all the others children in the street as there is no through traffic and all the neighbours are so considerate of this as most of the houses are families like us and we all have off road parking. While inside the house they love having their own floor and even had their own little games room before it recently became a nursery.

We can honestly say we have loved every minute of our time here but unfortunately due to our (literally) growing family, us the parents have had to sacrifice all the extra room we have in our delux master bedroom and en suite on the top floor for a slightly bigger 4th bed room for when the baby out grows his nursery.'
