Turning left from the main doors there are all the shops and cafes of Bedminster Parade and East Street, leading in turn to North Street, the popular hub of south Bristol, home to popular restaurants like North Street Standard and The Spotted Cow. Crossing the river, you are just minutes from all Bristol City Centre has to offer. For those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, whilst the journey home after an evening in a city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic. Our Seller Says…
I've lived in Squires Court for 7 years and it's been a great place to live. I originally bought the flat with the view that it would be relatively short-term, but I've ended up staying years longer. The location is fantastic; the city centre, Temple Meads, Wapping Wharf, Bedminster shops (including a huge Asda) and Southville are all a short walk away. The flat has a hassle-free parking space in the car park downstairs and there are secure bike sheds. If you don't own a car it's easy to rent the space out. It's a friendly and safe environment and this flat was a great first-time buy.
According to the EPC the property is rated as 'C' for energy efficiency and a 'D' for environmental impact.
