Our Seller Says…
There is a heartwarming, strong sense of community on Longmead Avenue and the location is faultless. We love nothing more than walking out for brunch, coffee and cake, groceries, fresh bread and anything else that we could possibly need in a matter of minutes. Our favourite things are the wood burning stove with bespoke log store and the front door with stained glass windows, which replicate the originals.
A lot of hard work and time has gone in to finishing the house, alongside work and family life, but it's time to move on to the next chapter for us and we hope the house will bring happiness for the new owners.
Awaiting updated EPC. According to the Bristol City Council website, the property is rated as having 'Very Good' solar power potential.
