Cheswick Village is a well-regarded area in North Bristol which has been recently developed to satisfy the huge demand for property in the area. The Square is situated at the heart of Cheswick Village, an ideal position for popping to the local shops or visiting the cafés. The area continues to grow in size and popularity, with the nearby Wallscourt Farm Academy rated as 'Good' by Ofsted, further enhancing the appeal of the area to families. The area is situated close to several areas of employment, with many residents working at the nearby M.o.D or Aviva, or making the short journey to other major employers in North Bristol, such as Rolls Royce and Airbus. Our Seller Says…
I've loved living at 197 Long Down Avenue. The flat is deceivingly spacious and is in the most convenient location.
Getting to work in the centre of town and Aztec West has been simple and having the motorway close by has been great. The bus links are fantastic and Uber operates here too.
It has been super handy to have the post office and Co-Op in walking distance as well as a gym and a barbers which turns into a bar after 6pm. Abbey Wood Retail Park is close by so you can walk to Nandos or Bella Italia on a sunny evening.
Stoke Park and Snuff Mills are a great Saturday morning stroll before a Boston Tea Party breakfast.
There's a friendly community in Cheswick village who organise local food businesses to visit. We've had an amazing ice cream van this week and there's a taco van coming in a couple of weeks. If there's nothing exciting on in the village itself, Uber Eats, JustEat and Deliveroo are all available to the flat.
The apartment is rated as a 'B' for both energy efficiency and environmental impact.
