Our Seller Says…
This flat has been an excellent investment for me over the last 15 plus years, and I really enjoyed living in it for 2 extended periods between tenants. The location is great – good local shops, bars and restaurants; very convenient for the university, hospital, town centre etc – and also being on the 3rd floor in a block set back from the road, it is peaceful with views across gardens and rooftops on either side. It is light and spacious, easy to maintain and I have never had a problem with finding good tenants when wishing to rent the property.
